Chloe Oudiz is a Certified Divorce Coach® and the author of Don't Screw Up Your Divorce. Her mission is the help people divorce with less conflict so they can come out of their divorce without having destroyed their family. As an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) professional, trained lawyer and negotiation expert, Chloe is specifically trained on the intricacies of the divorce process, as well as conflict resolution and negotiation strategies. Chloe works with clients from a variety of backgrounds but has extensive experience in supporting expatriates and international families who are dealing with the unique situation of living abroad during and after their divorce, with limited local family support, language barriers and relocation considerations. Since 2017, I've worked in mental health, leading organizations and developing programs for families facing stress, anxiety, and significant changes. This taught me to listen deeply, help find calm in chaos, and provide tools for confident progress. I also bring strong financial expertise, including an MBA and a certificate in financial planning. Recognizing the overwhelming nature of financial decisions during emotional turmoil, I assist clients in making informed choices about assets, budgets, and long-term stability, while prioritizing their emotional well-being and family needs. A key focus is helping parents establish healthy co-parenting relationships. Divorce doesn't destroy children, but ineffective co-parenting can. I help parents transition from conflict to collaboration, so their children feel secure, supported, and loved by both parents. I'm the author of "You 2.0: Divorce - A Better Way Forward," a guide for navigating divorce and creating a stronger, healthier version of yourself. My goal is to help clients see divorce not as an ending, but as a turning point. Together, we navigate immediate challenges while building your "You 2.0." Ana-Lisa Gertner is a highly experienced family and divorce mediator who helps families and individuals navigate hard transitions with clarity and compassion, offering practical solutions and fostering healthier dialogue. In addition to her mediation work, Ana-Lisa draws on her coaching training at New York University (NYU) to guide individuals in defining goals, enhancing productivity, and making thoughtful decisions during life transitions. Her coaching extends to divorce, career shifts, and personal growth, as well as group and corporate settings where she teaches coaching and communication skills. She also facilitates support groups. As a divorce coach, Ana-Lisa leverages her mediation expertise to help clients strategize and prioritize, ensuring their choices are reasoned rather than reactive. She works closely with clients to improve communication with ex-partners and to collaborate productively with attorneys and advisors, saving both time and resources. Ana-Lisa is deeply committed to training the next generation of mediators. As a Director at the Center for Mediation and Training, she supervises a weekly practicum, and provides private training on mediation and conflict resolution. Her contributions extend into leadership and community work. She serves on the Advisory Board of FamilyKind and is an active member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators (APFM), the Family and Divorce Mediation Council of New York (FDMC), and the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation (NYSCDM). Bringing together mediation and coaching, Ana-Lisa offers clients a distinctive blend of skills.
