Family Mediator, Parenting/Co-Parenting Coach, Parenting Coordinator
Laura Lorber, J.D., founder of Gradient Resolutions, is an MC3 Certified Mediator and Certified Co-Parenting Specialist who helps families find stability during complex life transitions. Recognizing that family dynamics constantly evolve, she offers targeted resolution support across a wide spectrum of relational challenges, specifically focusing on Parenting and Co-Parenting plans, Parent-Teen disputes, and Eldercare and family caregiving decisions. As a former Master Infant-Toddler Teacher and Program for Infant-Toddler Care (PITC) Fellow, Laura uniquely views these transitions through the lens of developmental science, protecting the foundation of the family by shielding children from chronic stress. Because resolving conflict is rarely a single conversation, she supports clients through a comprehensive "gradient" of services—ranging from conflict prevention classes and one-on-one coaching to mediation and long-term agreement maintenance — combining her deep understanding of human development with the firm legal boundaries provided by her J.D. to create a "containment field of safety" where families can safely move beyond their disputes and focus on building a newly functioning future.
