As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with prior clinical experience as both a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Midwife, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the mind-body and relational connections to my work. Working with couples throughout my professional careers, I've witnessed the profound intersection of physical, emotional, and psychological health during life's most transformative moments, and that includes divorce. My professional background includes training and experience at leading institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania, Johns Hopkins, NYU, Mount Sinai in New York City, and Saint John's in Los Angeles. This integrative foundation allows me to support the whole person—recognizing that emotional, psychological, and physical health are deeply interconnected. I provide therapy services to individuals and couples in California and offer global coaching to clients worldwide, helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, evidence-based approaches, and a deep respect for the healing journey.
