I was a middle-class guy doing what I thought was right. I worked hard, trusted the system, and tried to make smart money decisions. Then I realized most of the advice I’d followed… was flat out wrong. That realization changed everything. I leaned in, learned how money actually works, and with guidance from people I trusted, committed to helping families avoid the same confusion I experienced. What I see most often isn’t irresponsibility or bad intentions. It’s uncertainty. • Money spread across accounts. Plans started at different times. Decisions made in isolation. • People sense something’s off, but can’t quite explain why. Or what to do next. Most of the couples and families I work with are doing a lot right. They’re earning, saving, raising kids, changing jobs, buying homes... and life keeps moving faster than their financial picture can keep up. My role is simple: I help turn financial clutter into a clear, understandable story. So people know what they have, what it’s for, and how it fits into the bigger picture. I don’t prospect for clients or chase transactions. I’m usually brought in at natural transition points. When life changes create questions without obvious answers. For my strategic partner CPAs, attorneys, HR professionals, insurance pros, and realtors... I support your clients with clarity, care, and respect for your role. I educate, not pitch. I partner, not poach. And I’m careful to leave relationships stronger than I found them. When I’m most helpful: • A client says, “I don’t really know what this account is for.” • Money is spread across multiple accounts, and decisions no longer feel connected • A life change creates questions — new home, new job, new baby, college, retirement • Everyone knows something should be done, but the next step isn’t clear My role is to slow things down just enough to create clarity. So decisions make sense and stick.
