I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist who believes divorce isn't the end of the story — it's often the beginning of a better one. Specializing in divorce and relationship transitions, I help people do the real work of understanding themselves so they can build the relationships they actually deserve. As someone who has navigated divorce myself, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work. I have a particular passion for helping men make sense of what went wrong — not to assign blame, but to build the self-awareness and confidence they need to show up differently in their next chapter. Through therapy and dating coaching, I help clients move from confusion and heartbreak to clarity and genuine readiness for what comes next. I'm also the author of So, Your Wife Left You… Now What? and the host of Talk Relationship to Me — a podcast where I get refreshingly honest about the full arc of relationships, from sex and intimacy to heartbreak, healing, and everything we're usually too polite to say out loud.
