A former teacher with more than 50,000 hours working directly with children, I've taught over 3,000 students and coached hundreds of families. Today, I specialize in helping divorced dads become the steady, confident parent their children can count on. While you can't control what happens in another household or every decision made by your former partner, you can control the culture you create in your own home. I help parents replace frustration and uncertainty with confidence, connection, and clear leadership. My coaching focuses on creating calm, predictable routines, respectful boundaries, effective communication, emotional regulation, and resilient children. When a parent consistently provides stability, warmth, and structure, children thrive—even during divorce. Although much of my work centers on fathers, I also coach mothers, co-parents, single parents, and blended families. Whether parents are navigating high-conflict situations or building a new family dynamic, I help them focus on what they can influence to create lasting positive change. My approach is built on four pillars: Clarity, Connection, Communication, and Consistency. Divorce changes a family, but it doesn't have to define a child's future.
