As a Certified Recovery Coach and Certified Divorce Coach, I help women and men move through it with clarity, confidence, and a practical plan for rebuilding. After surviving narcissistic abuse and rebuilding my own life following divorce, I learned that healing is not simply about moving on. It is about rediscovering who you are, reclaiming your confidence, protecting your future, and creating a life aligned with your values. Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 40 years in the financial industry, co-founded a mortgage company later acquired by SunTrust Mortgage, and served in executive leadership. That background gives me valuable insight into mortgages, budgeting, financial planning, and long-term decision-making during divorce. Today, I combine professional expertise with lived experience to help clients navigate high-conflict separation and divorce. My coaching complements the work of attorneys by helping clients become organized, emotionally grounded, and prepared to make informed decisions. I work with women and men facing high-conflict divorce, narcissistic or coercively controlling relationships, emotional abuse, trauma recovery, difficult co-parenting, financial uncertainty, and rebuilding confidence and identity. I am co-founder of The Victim to Warrior Method™ and the Victim to Warrior Foundation, author of multiple books on abuse recovery, and co-host of the Warrior Talk! podcast. My philosophy is simple: we cannot change what happened to us, but we can choose how our story continues.
