I have been practicing law since 1979. I am Florida Bar Board Certified in Marital and Family Law and I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and an Accredited Collaborative Professional with the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals. I am an Adjunct Professor of Collaborative Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, I train professionals in the Collaborative Process, I frequently lecture on the Collaborative Process and I have had a number of articles published on the Collaborative Process. I am passionate about helping my clients resolve their family differences in a peaceful and private manner. I refuse to litigate because it is such a destructive and public process. My goal is to help my clients get to the best possible position given the limitations on their life at the time of a divorce. I help them resolve their differences using creative solutions, regardless of what may or may not happen in court. I also love preparing Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements.
