Divorce & Life Coach
About
I help individuals who are contemplating divorce, navigating the process, or rebuilding afterward move from emotional overwhelm to greater clarity, confidence, and stability. My work helps clients manage difficult emotions, communicate more effectively, make thoughtful decisions, and move forward with intention. I hold a master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from The London School of Economics and am a certified coach through iPEC and a Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS). With advanced training in Rapid Resolution Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I integrate practical, evidence-informed strategies with a deep understanding of the emotional complexities of divorce. My work is also informed by lived experience. Having navigated infertility, cancer, and divorce after an 18-year marriage, I understand the courage and resilience required to rebuild after significant life transitions. I bring empathy, authenticity, and a forward-focused perspective to my work with clients. Collaboration is central to my approach. I work alongside divorce attorneys, financial professionals, therapists, and other members of the divorce team to provide clients with comprehensive support while helping them stay emotionally grounded and better prepared to engage productively with their professional team. Through private coaching, group programs, and workshops, I help clients process difficult emotions, establish healthy boundaries, strengthen communication and co-parenting skills, reconnect with their identity, and create a meaningful vision for their next chapter. My goal is to help clients move through divorce with greater clarity and confidence—and emerge with a stronger sense of self, purpose, and possibility.
