As a DCA® Certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Divorce Coach, Pre-Mediation Coach® andCertified Co-Parenting Specialist®,, I help clients feel prepared, steady, and confident as they navigate the complexities of divorce. Drawing on both advanced training and personal experience with high-conflict divorce, remarriage, and blending a family of six children, I support clients through the emotional and logistical aspects of divorc. My coaching is especially impactful for those who don’t know where to begin, or those facing controlling dynamics, emotional overwhelm, co-parenting challenges, or communication breakdowns. I help clients get grounded and organized, clarify priorities, prepare for financial disclosure, develop parenting plans, hone negotiation skills, and communicate more effectively—even in high-stress or high-conflict situations. I also support them in building a trusted team of experts and cultivating the strategic insight needed to make informed, values-aligned decisions. By stabilizing the emotional landscape, clarifying goals, and staying anchored in values, myclients are better prepared for successful mediation, negotiation, or collaboration—with less stress, confusion, and financial waste.
