Michael has also experienced his own divorce and saw first-hand how his divorce impacted his own children; as a result, he is driven to help other couples have healthier outcomes for their own children, their families and themselves. Michael believes that building a thorough parenting plan is the best first step to align a couple and to mitigate the impact of their divorce on their children. Michael obtained his Mediation Certification from Northwestern Univeristy and has 33 years experience leading teams toward a shared vision.
